ExchangeTo ensure shopping at The Diverse Store is a swift and worry free experience, our exchange and return policies are structured to favor our customers. Please review the following policies before initiating a return or exchange request.
Exchange termsPlease make sure the following exchange policy guidelines are met:
● An exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the items.
● Items must be repackaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on.
● Items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed.
● Delivery charges of pkr 250 are applicable.
Return termsPlease make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:
● Items must be repackaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on.
● Items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed.
● Reason of return must be legit.
● Delivery charges will be deducted from the actual order and rest of the payment will be processed via JazzCash or Bank Transfer.
To exchange/refund your items, simply return the package back to our address and as soon as we receive it we will dispatch the replacement or pay you back.
