Refunds:
- Refund requests will only be entertained within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers, redeemable on future purchases.
- No cash returns will be provided.
- Exchange requests will only be entertained within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Exchange for Karachi orders will incur a fee of 250 RS.
- The rider will collect the old order while delivering the exchange order.
- Exchange requests will only be entertained within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Customers outside Karachi must send the article/order via any courier service to our address.
- Shipping charges for returning the item are the customer's responsibility.
- We will send the new parcel free of cost once the return is received and inspected.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective or damaged item, and a replacement will be sent once the return is received and inspected.
