Refunds:
Refund requests will only be entertained within 7 days after receiving the order.
Refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers, redeemable on future purchases.
No cash returns will be provided.
Exchanges (Karachi Orders):
Exchange requests will only be entertained within 7 days after receiving the order.
Exchange for Karachi orders will incur a fee of 250 RS.
The rider will collect the old order while delivering the exchange order.
Exchanges (Outside Karachi):
Exchange requests will only be entertained within 7 days after receiving the order.
Customers outside Karachi must send the article/order via any courier service to our address.
Shipping charges for returning the item are the customer's responsibility.
We will send the new parcel free of cost once the return is received and inspected.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective or damaged item, and a replacement will be sent once the return is received and inspected.
